By using the Kyrune app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Kyrune displays release dates for PS5 and PC games and lets you keep a wishlist with local launch alerts. It is an informational service.
Game data
Game information (titles, dates, cover art, descriptions) is provided by third-party services (IGDB/Twitch) and reflects public industry announcements. Release dates change — delays and changes are publisher decisions. Kyrune strives to keep data fresh but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the information.
Premium
Kyrune Premium is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) processed by Apple, unlocking the unlimited wishlist and launch alerts. Refunds follow App Store policies. Upon refund, Premium benefits are revoked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the service's operation, overload the API, or use the data provided by the app in ways that violate the original data providers' terms.
Limitation of liability
Kyrune is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from decisions made based on displayed information (for example, dates that changed) or from service unavailability.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version will always live on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
